With over 30 years of extensive corporate experience, I have held prominent leadership roles in globally recognized organizations. During my tenure at EY, I served as Associate Director overseeing People Development. In this capacity, I was responsible for shaping and implementing strategies to enhance the growth and potential of our workforce.

Before my time at EY, I held the position of Head of Talent and Leadership Development for South Asia at Thomson Reuters, where I played a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing top talent within the organization. This role allowed me to contribute to the professional development of individuals and teams, ensuring their readiness for leadership roles.

Additionally, I had the privilege of serving as an Area Manager at Dell, where I successfully managed operations and teams. This role demanded a keen understanding of market dynamics, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
